Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Individual Weekly Sessions

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop effective coping skills.  In person and virtual session are available. 

Program Features

  •   Behavioral Analysis: Exploring problematic behaviors and identifying triggers, consequences, and alternative coping strategies.
  • Skills Training: Learn DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Goal Setting: Collaboratively setting achievable goals for therapy and tracking progress over time with your therapist.
  • Crisis Management: Support and interventions during periods of acute distress, often including phone coaching between sessions.
  • Validation and Change: Balancing acceptance of your experiences with strategies to encourage meaningful change.

Progress Over a 12-Week Period

Most services are covered by your insurance. Additional services are self-pay.

Psychotherapy Session

$150

Sessions emphasize emotional regulation, interpersonal dynamics, and the assessment of behaviors influencing significant life events. 55 minutes duration. 

Skills Session

$130

Skills sessions are 45 minutes and include DBT skills instruction, practice, psychoeducation, and homework review.

Phone Coaching

$75

Weekly phone coaching is provided through secure messaging chat or phone calls. Each session is 30 minutes in duration.
