Ms. Tequila Johnson, originally from Louisiana, has successfully expanded her professional practice to Texas. With over twelve years of experience as a social worker, Ms. Johnson is dedicated to advancing the well-being of individuals and communities. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a diverse array of clients, demonstrating her commitment to inclusivity and effective service delivery. Ms. Johnson began her career advocating for children and adolescents affected by domestic violence, which fostered her passion for advocacy and public speaking. She provided psychoeducation on domestic violence to various parishes and schools, highlighting its impact on local communities. During her pursuit of a graduate degree, she held the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor in home healthcare. Additionally, Ms. Johnson has served in multiple leadership roles within the domestic violence and homeless services sector, including Program and Projects Coordinator and Family Advocate.

Johnson later expanded her practice to geriatric psychiatry and served as Clinical Director at Wellbridge Healthcare Fort Worth before transitioning to full-time private practice. She is also recognized by the Board of Texas Social Work Examiners as a Clinical Supervisor.

Ms. Tequila Johnson is a published author, with her most recent book titled *Live Now On Purpose*. She has completed several training certifications, including grief therapy, parts work for the treatment of complex trauma, EMDR, personality disorders, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
